I'm Roland. This is my wife April and my two sons Logan & Nico. Below, is my beautiful new daughter Sophia, born in 2005. We are very proud and pleased that you chose to entrust us with one of the largest decisions of your life. We won't let you down.
We were all born and raised in Southern California. We enjoy going to church, spending time together as a family, snow sports, water sports and going on dates...if we can get away!
I (Roland) grew up in Southern California but lived in Europe for a few years and speak four languages. I worked as an Interpreter for a few years but realized my heart was in Real Estate. I am proud to say I am a United States Veteran and served my country and completed my term with an Honorable Discharge. After receiving my Associate Degree with emphasis in Real Estate, I became a mortgage loan officer. I then went into Real Estate Advertising afterwhich I became a Real Estate Appraiser.
April also grew up in Southern California and went to University of Nevada in Las Vegas. She came back to california after receiving her bachelors degree in Real Estate. Since her parents had been Real Estate Brokers for years, she also realized her love was in Real Estate and became a Real Estate Appraiser.
We are both California licensed Real Estate agents however April is the "boss of me". She is a "Certified" appraiser and has been an appraiser much longer than I. We are also Licensed Realtors which gives us knowledge and expertise a cut above the competition.
