We can now send a real estate appraisal to the lender via e-mail as an original document the very same day we complete it. This not only benefits the speed of your transaction but allows the lender to make additional prints for those who request it.
It is company policy to contact your borrower within 24 hours of receiving the appraisal request. We then turn around and email it to your loan officers and processors so they are informed about the date the appraisal has been set for. Appointments are usually set within 3 Business days of contact with borrower. Turnaround time is usually 48 hours (2 business days) after inspection. Of course nothing is set in stone and these times may vary according to complexity and access to the property. In either case, we actually return our calls and e-mails! So don't hesitate to call or email.
